1) drink 8 glasses of water.
2) no junk food or white bread.
3) no frizzy sodas.

5) 15 minutes on the elliptical
6) 50 crunches
What a great start to my day.
Yesterday was such an incredible fail. I ate more than I could handle and just kept going, mexican food, cookies, sandwiches from the dining hall, pie…literally anything I could get my hands on. I feel sick and guilty, lazy and disgusting.
I keep putting off weighing myself, which is stupid and pointless.
